Share your TIE/SF lists!

By Darkcloak, in X-Wing Squad Lists

I love these versatile little ships and my admiration only grows stronger the more I fly them. I'd like to share a few lists and see what everyone else is doing with them.

Here is a deadly little combo using Crackshot and Ion Pulse Missiles.

The idea is that you use the IPMs to take down low agility targets. Even 3 agility ships have to worry when there is Crackshot to back up the hyper accurate IPM. FCS and SC round out all the TIEs so that no matter who is shooting or defending there is always decent mods to be had. What usually happens is Quickdraw is left til last and her ability if left to the end game can be devastating. Even if she is targeted first your Omega's are usually well equipped enough to mop up.

Here is another list that I think I want to fly more. This may be the ship we've been waiting for to make Outmaneuver work.

So basically the idea is that Outmaneuver should keep your opponents on their toes and heaven help anyone caught in multiple arcs while it's procced. That rear arc makes for a real nutcracker when you're reducing your opponents agility. Also, it's persistent so you can use it again and again. Also there is the matter of your opponents psyche. How long do you want to try keeping three ships in arc before you cry helplessly?

ANyways, there are my two. I have another one using 3x Omegas with Wired, Collision Detectors, and Primed Thrusters and a Wired Zeta Leader but that's pure untested jank. Now you share your TIE/SF task force lists! I know I'm not the only one running multiples of these things...

You'll have to wait 5 days, and I'm not sure how good it will be, but I want to try the following:

Quickdraw (FCS, Lightweight Frame, Pattern Analyzer, 0-2 point EPT of choice) 35-37 points

Backdraft (FCS, Lightweight Frame, VI, Pattern Analyzer) 34 points

Tomax Bren (Crackshot, TIE Shuttle, Tactician, Lightweight Frame) 29 points

Or instead of Tomax, use the standard palp shuttle. Same points.

Updates to come when I have lightened frame on hand, but here is my current favorite SF squad:

Backdraft (32)

-VI

-FCS

-Title

-Pattern Analyzer

Quickdraw (31)

-Rage

-EBaffle

-Title

Countess Ryad (36)

-PTL

-TIE mk2

-TIE/X7

Have had an absolute blast flying it. Soon as lightened frame is in my possession, I may replace Ryad with a third SF.
