Just got the POD scenario Curse of the Rougarou and it has a player card called Monstrous Transformation. I tryed to look trough the cards to see how to acquire this card but couldn't find out how. Any one out there playing this card. It seems like a really good card.

Spoiler Alert:
If you achieve Resolution 3, and the bearer of the Curse of the Rougarou weakness hasn't been defeated/resigned yet. R3 is achieved by choosing to advance Act 2a, and fulfilling the following requirements:
-Have minimum 4 clues per Investigator;
-Having minimum 1 Trap card attached to the Rougarou: either the Bear Trap, earned from the Trapper's Cabin location, or the Fishing Net, earned from the Brackish Waters location;
-Having minimum 1 damage per Investigator on the Rougarou; and
-Having either found a binding stone at the Foul Swamp location, or a strange doll at the Garden District location.
That doesn't really answer the question on how to get this card. I don't want to go on to much in case there is a chance for a spoiler. I was thinking you can just add it to your deck when you first create it.

Well that's essentially how you get it =)
The lead investigator will automatically earn the Curse of the Rougarou weakness by advancing to Act 1b. Once they have that, if the Investigators are at Act 2a, and fulfil all the above requirements, they can choose to resolve the scenario with Resolution 3. This "cures" the Rougarou, saves New Orleans, but forces the lead investigator to add Monstrous Transformation to his/her deck. Really, that's only meaningful if you play it as a side-quest in a campaign. Since you earn it as part of the resolution, it can't be added before or during the Rougarou scenario itself. So short of earning it via Resolution 3, and adding it to your deck for the next scenario in your campaign, you will never be allowed to use it.
