When playing Vassal with my x-wing buddy, I like to make, hopefully, fun lists to play.

My latest was double decimators - Oicunn with predator and gunner and Chiraneau with Rebel Captive and VI

It is a fun tanky list!!!

Now I want to make a super tank...so I have the following 66 point Decimator...

Chiraneau

Push the Limits

Gunner

Palpatine

Engine Upgrade

and I have 34 points left to spend..

thinking about an Ace.

What would you spend your 34 points on? All suggestions welcome.

with 34 pts what I'd do is ether

Soontir Fel + PTL + Title + AT + targeting comp: 34 (the idea is that fel is already so defensible that SD is no longer worth the points)

Darth Vader + Title + EU + ATC: 34 (once "a score to settle" arrives i'd put that on him)

though aces tend to work best with initiative so here are some cheaper ones:

Tur Phennir + VI + Title + AT + SD: 31

Delta Squadron + x7 + EU: 32

Ryad - Juke, x7

34 points. Big hitting shot, plus an x7 defender is always a great thing to have on your side.

Does Ryad's ability give her a stress for the K turn?

No stress. All k-turns are green (as long as you dial them in a straights of course)

Going to try a Beauty and the Beast list on Vassal - Ryad and Chiraneau!

Darth Vader + Title + EU + ATC: 34 (once "a score to settle" arrives i'd put that on him)

In the mean time, Adaptability is also a viable option: with the list at 100 points, Vader's PS10 won't be challenged nearly as often as PS9; alternatively he can drop to PS8 to match RAC, which will let you do stuff like shoot with RAC first to make sure Vader's ATC crit lands on Hull instead of Shields.
