If a player uses the First Strike action card, does he also get his "normal" turn? For example, if a player selects the leadership strategy and plays First Strike after the strategy phase, does he get 2 actions in a row?

No, he just takes his first turn of the action phase before everyone else.
I completely agree with broken - you don't get an extra action, just a "moved" action.
Thus, there is no point whatsoever* in the Naalu playing a First Strike card.
*Unless someone else has one and plays it at the same time.

Don't throw away your First Strike card when you are Naalu, though.
They seems to attract "Cultural Crisis" on the round they are going to win, and then First Strike will make your day.
