Question about the "first strike" action card

By rlbond86, in Twilight Imperium 3rd Edition

If a player uses the First Strike action card, does he also get his "normal" turn? For example, if a player selects the leadership strategy and plays First Strike after the strategy phase, does he get 2 actions in a row?

I completely agree with broken - you don't get an extra action, just a "moved" action.

Thus, there is no point whatsoever* in the Naalu playing a First Strike card.

*Unless someone else has one and plays it at the same time.

Corey concurrs, too, as shown in broken's link :)

Oh, ok - to be fair I didn't actually read the link. Oops. sonrojado.gif

3 Lashes for you! :D

Don't throw away your First Strike card when you are Naalu, though.

They seems to attract "Cultural Crisis" on the round they are going to win, and then First Strike will make your day. happy.gif

I can't agree more.
