Question about The Devourer Below (spoilers, of course)

The resolution of Agenda 2 calls for investigators to pass a test and, if they fail, add a basic Madness from their collection to their hand. Does this Madness go to the deck for future scenarios?

Yes. If a weakness is added to your hand or deck during a scenario, it stays with you (story assets do not, unless scenario instructions explicitly say so).

It's under "weakness" in the RRG.

With in the same scenario, agenda 2a, the enemies get a bonus +1 to Fight and +1 the Flee.

Questions is, when agenda 3a is Advanced does that bonus for the enemies stay in effect or would it expire since 3a is now in effect?

Agenda 2a is no longer in play, so unless agenda 3a has the same text the effect expires.
