On page 270 of the core rules, the Hydraulic Control Circuits rules talk about who gets to choose the effected component. Where is this clarified, as I can't find anywhere in the Ion rules that says the attacker gets to choose in the first place, only that Ion deals strain. Page ref always appreciated.

See tables 7-6 and 7-9. Component hits caused by advantage/triumph and Critical hits are chosen by the attacker (with gm approval for sanity).
