If you are looking at Esege as a PWT and focus generator, why not throw out the TLT for Homing Missiles? You get a bigger punch to begin the game with. Personally I like TLT over the course of the game, but it is an option.

Couldn't agree more. Love me some Homing Missiles, but only if there's enough for Extra Munitions.

TLT seems like the right play in the meta, even if any given list benefits from having multiple of them.

If you want to go the homing missiles route I suggest dropping Wingman for a 1 point ept. Heck, I'd probably swap out Wingman anyway. I know you have it to clear R3-A2 stress from Biggs, but doing so at the start of the combat phase is really suboptimal as it means he still won't get his action or a red maneuver next turn. VI isn't a bad choice since it ensures she'll get her locks on enemy PS 6-7 and gives her a chance at 8 on the initial engagement; Draw Their Fire is another possibility to keep Biggs around a little longer.
