If you bump while doing the 1 bank or 1 straight do you still get to move and get an action?

There is an email response regarding Tycho doing a Daredevil maneuver via Coordinate and bumping. Literally the same circumstance: pre-dial "maneuver" bump doesnt strip action step.

It was the #1 thing that made me not think the Striker was garbage. That would be way too easy to do and mess up the striker's actions.

Yes, because although it "looks" like a boost, the title states you are execute maneuver. So even if you bump, you still execute the maneuver on your dial. (You likewise cannot use push the limit from the title, because you're not performing an action, but executing a maneuver.)

Immediately before you reveal your dial, if you are not stressed, you must execute a white ( 1 bank), ( 1 straight), or ( 1 bank) maneuver.
