Is this worth putting on a Tie Striker?

If you're thinking of it turning the mandatory maneuvers from the title green then it wouldn't work since the title only kicks in if you're not stressed.
Well it does add 4 greens, which is on the 'about average' side.
OTOH, it also ships with the 'lightened frame' upgrade, that it was practically built for.
I guess Mk2 engines and Lightened Frame each make about the same amount of sense on either this ship or the TIE/sf...depending on what your local meta is up to. If PtL is critical, or you've got a stress-heavy meta...then Mk2, all the way, on both ships. Otherwise...very hard to ignore LF...

Note doesnt really interact with adaptives due to stress restriction
Wouldve been nice to clear stress with the adaptive manuever; alas
Maybe if making if you also take PTL but it's action bar is missing boost and it has no green turns. I would skip it.
Minor shenanigans in that, as a maneuver, adaptives can land you on debris and then (if your template doesnt overlap) you could just bank off and still take your action, i believe
I don't see any particularly good uses of the Striker. It doesn't really synergise with Adaptive Ailerons. So really it only gives you four more greens, which isn't bad by any means.

Sounds legitimate to me. You're still resolving the green maneuver after you got the stress, so that's fine.
If you have a point to spend and no ability to move points around, Countdown could use them to give him more options to clear stress from his ability from last turn to use it in the upcoming turn. That's the only Striker that I would take MKII Engines over Lightweight Frame.
I honestly wouldn't take lightweight frame at all
****'s going to explode regardless, might as well make it cheap instead of an overpriced version of an already overpriced interceptor

I'd still take Lightweight Frame on Pure Sabacc to help mitigate the chance at more than one damage card for as long as possible to make his ability worth it. Probably the main one I'd actively try to take on a Striker. Duchess can focus on dodging arcs to mitigate damage so she won't need it.
