I don't know how many of you might find this sort of thing useful, but I've been compiling all the talents everywhere into an excel sheet. I use it for when I'm building new Spec sheets. It helps me locate other Specs with a given Talent, so I can just copy and paste the text block. Helps with uniformity.

Works for me. Granted Dropbox puts a front window over it initially to get you to login, but not really needed as you can just click the X to close it.
