We have a small group of regulars in Decatur and are trying to grow our group. We will be running game night kits after the first of the year and we are applying for store championships as well, I'm posting this with some hope for input from some players in the area. I've spoken with the store owner and we are kicking some ideas around to try to get a larger amount of people in to play. I've thought of running a tournament with say an epic ship for first prize, entry fee is still being discussed and other prizes would depend on the turnout. I know we have some alt art cards left over from some previous kits so there would be some other prizes for compensation if we didn't have a large enough turnout to add more ships as prizes.

What I'm looking for I guess is some input from players as to what kind of tournaments you'd like to see or play in. The thoughts so far are for a standard 100 point games, the epic would only be for prize support. I'm looking for input from locals of course, but any ideas for growing the player base are welcome. We play on most every Wednesday night and Saturdays start back up this weekend as well. We have a group of very good regulars and also try to get in games of Armada, Imperial Assault and Rebellion as often as we can too.
