I like the list. I have a similar build with 3 VSDs, an extra tractor beam and a stronger bomber/fighter force.
But the inclusion of your interdictor gives an extra method of slowing (or temporarily stopping) opponents and the Targeting scrambler can be really effective in close range brawls.
I would drop Boba for a standard Firespray and include Projection Experts on the Interdictor to help repair whichever VSD gets the enemy attention. Puts you on 397 so you could have a Veteran captain on the Interdoctor or Titus to disrupt the enemy speed from the start.

I'm not sure on that idea, just because it means you're now stuck relying on your INT and VSD to proc Konstantine. Neither is exactly the quickest or most maneuverable ship, which means you're only really going to be catching ships that the other guy chooses to let you catch.
Yes you really need 3 medium/large ships for Konstantine so that his benefit doesn't become useless when you loose a single ship.
If you wanted Demolisher in there then look to Motti instead.

Eh, he works with 2 ISDs because they're both quick and survivable. But then you're looking at a pretty different build from this.
OP, I'd go with MC's initial recommendation. Use your Int to heal the VSDs and downgrade Boba. I'd swap him for 2 bombers myself, but a vanilla Firespray is a good choice too.
