Should players be aware of what powers Dracula has? Thematically I've always played it as the hunters not knowing what power has been used until they discover the city it has been used in. I.e. once they find the body with holes in the neck, they realize Dracula has fed.

The Hunters must absolutely know the powers used by Dracula: their entire strategy could vary if Dracula uses wolf form, for example; and so on

The Power Cards are placed on the Location Track in lieu of a Location card, and they have very different backs than a Location card, making it very obvious when they have been used.

I'd see it as cheating if my Dracula would do this.
