When I have multiple stress (e.g from Zuckuss), does enemy Latts razzi crew or BM slicer tools allow me to remove another stress?

Inspiring recruit says: "When YOU remove stress..", With Latts and BMST the opponent is the one who is removing your stress. Does the wording here matters or is "removing stress" the same independently from the person actually removing the stress?

If you have Inspiring Recruit, and the enemy ship is removing stress with Latts Razzi or Black Market Slicer Tool, then Inspiring Recruit does nothing because the enemy ship is removing stress, not a friendly ship.

I'd agree with this and the Wingman entry in the FAQ backs this line of reasoning up.

Wingman

The ship with Wingman equipped is the ship that is removing the stress token. Therefore, if a ship with Wingman removes a stress token from another friendly ship that is equipped with Kyle Katarn (crew), that ship is not assigned a focus token from Kyle's ability.
