Ok I've taken another look at the Rey crew and I realized that you can bank multiple focus tokens with her and thought "that's pretty awesome!"

So then checked out Resistance sympathizer and came up with this.

You could upgrade to Chewbacca (which might be better) if you drop Luke to Gunner and ditch the plasma torps.
