FFG is having massive production problems. The Destiny roll-out was a disaster. My FLGS ordered 10 cases of boosters, got 1, and only 6 starters. Looks like that "streamlining" with Asmodee has made things worse, not better. All FLGS were sold out of Destiny within an hour of opening, due to insufficient quantities of stock.

I definitely really like what I see. I'm especially glad to see that it's not overpriced, but that speed 2 is disappointing. Now I'll have to try to build some lists with it.

Ashoka seems very very good for 2 points.

With all these upgrades I expect to see more MS1 and Ion Cannon batteries in our future.

They didn't spoil Rapid Launch which is what I was super excited for, and at speed 2 I don't know how often I'll ever fly more than 1 of these guys. I really like what the new upgrade can do, especially given the flexibility of discarding the card if you're in a pinch.

All that being said, the speed makes this far less exciting for me.

I think this wave will most likely be released in January or February, based off when it was updated as being on the boat and that I don't really see this coming out during Christmas. But hey if I'm wrong all the better.

It would make sense to include them in the ship that Admiral Piet comes with, a certain very large ship that is still a matter of debate. Well that or it will come with some ship with Thrawn, actually it might be interesting to see if they make another Corellian Conflict kind of box that includes Thrawn and a Chimera title for the ISD that gives it the new upgrade.

But I need my commands and tokens to keep feeding the fleet. It's not worth it to waste it on myself when we can have half of an Ozzel for 5 points plus a token.
