I recently bought a set of the roleplaying dice. It came with an odd black d6. It has a side with 1 failure, 2falures, and 3 failures and only one with a circular cymbal I assume is a blank. Is this new...and when do I use it?

An Imperial Assault die got into your dice pack somehow, my friend. Is there any chance you can return the dice?

Yeah, sounds like an issue several others reported a couple of months back. Definitely the wrong die. Try to return them where you bought them or contact the FFG costumer service for a replacement https://www.fantasyflightgames.com/en/more/customer-service/

Happened to me a while ago. FFG sent replacements...eventually.

Same thing happened to me as well. It took Asmodee some time to send me a replacement, but they did.

The one time I had to get a replacement die, they had a pretty quick turnaround on getting it to me. Mind you, that was before the Asmodee buyout, so I guess things have changed for the worse.

Keep it. Make your players use it as their setback dice.

Contact FFG and let them know you received an incorrect thing. I had an issue with a Tie Phantom that didn't come with a card, I emailed and had one within a week.
