Rules question about using Asset cards with "Uses" more than once per turn

Can I use Flashlight(87) or other Asset cards that have "uses", more than once in 1 turn?

Unless the card explicitly states a limit there is none. In the case of the flashlight the limitation is using one of your actions.

Limits are always explicit. Just look at the investigators for examples: Roland and Skids can use their abilities once per round, Agnes can use hers once per phase and Wendy can use hers once per skill test.

Typically you will see certain things which show you if an ability is limited. Some are clear such as a parenthesis enclosed limit explicitly stated, such as (limit once per round.) Sometimes it is through less explicit limitations, such as "-> Exhaust this card..." which typically limits the action to once per turn, as you typically only ready cards at the end of the turn. The exhausting limitation is more loose because it can be tied with any ability that can ready said card, which can then allow multiple uses, but right now I don't think there is anything that can ready cards so it hasn't been very relevant.

If there is no limiting factor, then there is no reason you can't use an action multiple times. This is typically included in the balancing of the game, such as Flashlights having uses, Hard Knocks costing resources, and by the game only giving us 3 actions per turn anyway, which already limit our options.
