since i also might be OL soon with Ariad plot deck a quick question :
if i use "intricate schemes" right infront of the interlude...well...is that possible to gain 3 threat tokens? (going to play SoN campaign where the interlude is based on the total wins of each side)
already thanks in advance for answering !

I'm not sure you can play that card when there is only one choice. Then again, I'm not sure you can't.
yeehh....really strange situation :/
Well, in general i wouldnt really use that card competetively anyway due to the games snowball effect...but at that point it would simply give you +2 threat tokens for nothing...well...you have to win the match before interlude (if its allowed)..so it has a risk of granting -1 threat tokens alltogether.
but i guess i woud use the card anyway already once i won the first 2 act 1 scenarios. So heroes get their choice for the third, which may be respected citizen (since they will have a lot of buffing i think to shred bertram quite quick in scene 1...but well, that scenario is not that bad either for the OL...quite hard if heroes do well, but only act 1 scenario where he can get 1 additional EP for winning i guess. And by then i should already posses Enthrall....which i think as well, that it is veery powerful for one threat token to use. Just read some old comments that you also think that shifting earth from the mirklace plot deck is very very powerful...and well..sure you know that its very similar ^^
esp since enthrall should work amazing well with changelings due to -1 from their passive skill and -1 due to chosing a cursed monster ... even heroes with 4 in this attribute might struggle hard then....and since i may use the Arsenal 2 deck....well... 2 further cards to let em reroll tests.
i never use the word OP but enthrall or shifting earth can simply change the whole outcome of a scenario for 1 threat token, which makes a hero life quite hard !!
still wondering though if intricate schemes is allowed ^^
