I'm taking part in a friendly comp where the Rebels have to make due with less fleet points than the empire.

Reduce the Escort Frigate to a support refit. I don't think those Xs will need flight controllers when you have Toryn Far. With only 2 damage dealing ships (and unreliable damage at that), I think a bomber command center would be better for your Xwings sake than repair crews for your fleet over all. .

If the Assault Frigate goes down as currently equipped, you're screwed. It needs ECM more than it needs H9s. You could replace Raymus with Intel Officer to take care of the Flotilla scatter (and to better synergize with Salvations IO). And honestly, Salvation will probably get more utility out of Raymus than Gallant Haven. Salvation benefits more from rerolls with a CF command/token.

You might be better off with Dodonna on Bright Hope. Your fleet won't suffer if Dodonna is lost, but it will suffer if it loses a gigantic flagship that makes up half the fleet cost total. So spreading out the points could help. There are a few more suggestions I'd make, but this is a start.

And TRC spam can only do so well in a game where the rebels are down on points. Fewer targets, so the firepower will be more concentrated. And losing 1 out of 4 ships is more damaging than losing 1 out of 6 (300 vs 400 point standard). You also wouldn't be able to mass as much firepower on a single ship, so it would take longer to bring down an ISD. Diminishing returns as the rounds go by.

Good point. You could replace the Assault Frigate with Yavaaris and another flotilla. Yavaaris gets a 3 red attack, same as the AF broadside. More narrow, more fragile, but it's a trade off for that activation/deployment advantage
