Are these files to large to be hosted on BGG?

The Rougarou Map is 40 mb. Although I may be able to make it smaller. What is the size limit there?

These are awesome! Thanks for doing this.

Adding Midnight Masks and The Gathering to the OP now.

IMartin91, Any news on the resized location card spots and event/encounter decks on the first maps? The size of all the slots works great for the small character cards, but not for the full sized ones

Thanks for all the work so far, looks great

Oh man, really really appreciate the work for these. These are coming out amazing and I hope you can keep them coming as time progresses; fantastic.

Awesome thanks. I also noticed that for those who perhaps don't have access to a large sheet printer or don't want to pay the cost to print it out at Staples, there is another option.

You can use an online utility to convert these maps to print on standard single page paper for printing on your home printer. This can be done with an online tool similar to https://rasterbator.net/ for example. While I do have access to a large scale printing service at work, I would potential use this as a fallback when needed and then align the pictures on posterboard or some other medium of choice.

Hey, thanks for this. I just was searching for a tool to print large images on multiple sheets :)

Whenever I introduce someone to the game, I bring along the printouts attached to a piece of MDF board for stability and to keep it from curling. Every time it is brought out on to the table, people have very positive responses and ask where it came from. They wanted me to pass along the praise to the community effort going in to these and therefor I feel obliged to so. So thank you.

I was wondering if you plan on releasing one for the Carnevale standalone expansion that was released?

I am not sure if you typically design these from scratch or what, but what I am thinking concept wise is something along the following:

There are numerous people in masks parading around the circus in a clockwise fashion. Tents would represent locations behind the standard template and there would be some form of central component in the center with some hint of something ominous. Tentacles could be coming up around the circus in various locations and a waters edge somewhere with a gondala waiting would be a nice addition.

@bronze - thank you so much for the feedback. I typically get to designing once I've played the scenario a couple of times and get some inspiration going. I plan to do one for Carnevale, but I just haven't played it yet. I'll keep your ideas in mind for it.

Really appreciate your work LMartin91 - please consider adding your maps to the files section of Boardgame Geek. They would be greatly appreciated.

Cheers,

-T.

3 new maps added to the OP here

You will find an updated version of the Rougarou, as well as Carnevale and Extracurricular Activity.

Any thoughts on a background image for the other Dunwich Scenario?

What happened to the ones from Night of the Zealot?

fixing.

The House Always wins added :)

Great work!!!

What do you think of posting this on BGG too?

Great work!!!

I posted it in the variants forum. Trying to upload some zip files to the Files section. I'm using 7-zip, but it doesn't actually look like it is even compressing the files. The final zip folder equals all the compressed files added together in size. What am I doing wrong?

Without getting too deep into it, and google could always help you more than I could.. JPEG's are effectively already compressed nearly to the max. So trying to compress something already compressed won't give you any more space.

@supermarino - that makes sense. I have better things to do with my time (like designing more custom content) than trying to figure out how to upload it to the files section when people can easily just download the image file from the link I posted. So, we'll just go with that for now, lol.
