So far all I can think of is Tommy Muldoon and Trish for rogue. I can see Luke, Dexter and Akachi being mystics, with Lily Chen being a survivor or guardian. I know there are a ton of other characters but what does everyone else think?

I'm really looking forward to Dexter Drake, but I do think his classification is obvious. I wonder if he'll have a rogue secondary or if he'll have 5 free cards like the dunwich characters.
The Dreamer will be interesting as well, I'm guessing Mystic and Seeker. I'm not sure how they'd implement the dreamlands in Arkham but my guess is they'll hold him until they have some kind of mechanic like that.
Trish Scarborough will be really interesting. If they have her ability from the board game translate over somehow then she could be a real powerhouse. I'm not really sure where I'd classify her though. Rogue? Seeker?
Well when Silas comes around, definitely sounds like a Guardian or Survivor to me.
Some speculation for each combination...
| Guardian | Seeker | Mystic | Survivor | Rogue Guardian | Zoey Samaras | Roland Banks | Akachi Onyele | Tommy Muldoon | Michael McGlen Seeker | Joe Diamond | Rex Murphy | Daisy Walker | Darrel Simmons | Trish Scarborough Mystic | Diana Stanley | Jaqueline Fine | Jim Culver | Agnes Baker | Dexter Drake Survivor | Silas Marsh | Gloria Goldberg | Marie Lambeau | Ashcan Pete | Wendy Adams Rogue | Skids o Toole | Tony Morgan | Patrice Hathaway | Preston Fairmont | Jenny Barnes
Of course, no matter how you slice it, there are only 20 dual-class combinations, plus the five single-class investigators in Dunwich. That means, if all the investigators get covered eventually, over half of them will use deckbuilding rules entirely unlike anything we've seen so far. We could even have Neutral investigators.

And new classes might be introduced down the path.
Seeker: Darrel, Daisy, Rex, Joe, Gloria, Kate
Guardian: Zoey, Roland, Lily, Minh, Tommy, Hank
Mystic: Dexter, Agnes, Marie, Diana, Luke, Jacqueline
Survivor: Wendy, Patrice, Tony, Ashcan Pete, Preston, Rita
Rogue: Jenny, Skids, Trish, Silas, Lola, Charlie
Probably more etc, but this is a good start for my guesses.
Particularly looking forward to Minh, Patrice, Lola, Gloria, and Kate

Silas reminds me more of a pirate-y resource acquiring guy, hence Rogue.
