U Wing Preview is up
Inspiring recruit!
Edited by Procastination"But even before the movie makes its way to the theaters, you'll have the chance to bring these heroes to your tabletop and fly them to battle aboard the new U-wing from the new X-Wing ™ U-wing Expansion Pack!"
They're still sticking to a pre-movie release date...cool! That's basically a few weeks away
Dat dial tho. Lambda is super jelly. Hope this is a reflection on what the Oopsie's will look like.
3 point gunner that has to be against a different ship whaaaaaaaat
Only Exp... that we don't know now. Looks like a very solid set for Rebels.
Edited by thespaceinvaderAcuring target locks just became more interesting (as did tracers)
And suddenly rage is a viable card for ships with a crew slot. Neat.
That dial, oof. Definitely going to need the Pivot Wing.
I kind of like Bodhi. Fun way to set up Target Locks.
I can already see the anger about Inspired Recruit in Scum with Zuckuss. But, that is one less crew for something more important.
Baze is a nice cheaper Gunner. That will be nice for Rebels.

The dial's frankly amazing considering the similarity of the ship to the Lambda in terms of pricing and stats.

For anyone in range 1-2 of a ship with a crew slot, if you don't mind the risk of losing it when that ship dies.
Inspiring Recruit is the beans when Assaj is about.

And Bi... - presumably Bistan.

Yeah, favorite quote in the article about the dial: "looks like the Lambda.." in what, that they're both round?
Surprised to see that Inspiring Recruit is not Rebel only...
That dial is amazing compared to the shuttle.
Oh noes! They spoiled the dial... Anti-Vassal conspiracy theorists in rooins

Well, if you're colour blind it might. A bit. The only move that's on it but not on the Lambda is the 4 straight.
The colours, though...

It's a shuttle, not a fighter (despite it's looks).
I love Bodhi. Using ordnance (while still requiring some forethought) just keeps getting easier. And, in fact, I sorta like that card combos are the way to make it happen rather than reinventing the missle/torp mechanic.
Soft counter to Zuckuss is cool. Again, I like card interactions as a way to balance the game.

Well, given that that happened last week when the Quad dial was previewed...

Where do you see a soft counter to Zuckuss? If anything Inspiring Recruit makes him easier to use...
Wow that dial is surprisingly open. I actually was expecting it to be pretty bad since it could flip around on the spot. No thats literally the ARC dial w/o the reds and a Stop instead of a Kturn.
"Like the Lambda" my freakin ass. Lambda WISHES it had that dial. Even if it didnt have the 4fwd and its 3banks were still red, i would use the Lambda a LOT if it had that dial. The dial is the #1 reason i HATE that ship.
Heff recommended with Enhanced Scopes? Please....hes ps3...if hes going to be bumping give him something of value like Jammer to help in defense or FCS since he would be a great Zeb user anyway.
Bodhi is going to appear in a lot of lists. Thats a nasty support ability. Crew isnt bad either though i see it as less impactful since its that ship only. The pilot is everybody including himself since it doesnt say other friendly ship. Thats hilarious. Basically give everyone LRS without actually giving it to them and no turn1 TL. You could be on the other side of the board and TL someone tailing your little Z95.
Not sure how useful the inspiring recruits will be. Largely the multistress ships are selfstressers that dont care. About time they added a multi-destress for someone though, since it will definitely help against stress attackers. True it helps Zuckuss users but again, selfstressers dont care about stress. This doesnt make Zuckuss easier to use because you destress more, he will still assign more stress on average plus one of your valuable crew slots is now taken by this shmuck.

Bohdi pilot plus TFA Han Pilot.
Heh.
Ordnance. Ordnance for everyone. You get a missile, YOU get a missile, EVERYBODY GETS A MISSILE!

TFA Chewie + Rage + Baze + Inspiring Recruit = Raging Wookie
Gives you the potential to attack 3 times in one round, granted you don't hit your 2nd attack.

It works on the ship the recruit is riding on, I would put rage+recruit on the same ship to be self sufficient.

That would be the ideal, yeah.
TFA Han/Rage/Recruit/Kanan anyone?
