The card "Look what I Found" allows you to discover 2 clues "in your location" whereas Drawn To The Flame says to discover 2 clues "at your location".
Is there any difference between the two?

No, there is no difference. The term 'discover' functions in only one way, so it could say 'at', 'in', 'on' or 'from' your location, there would be no difference.
FFG is good with templating mostly, but they're still not perfect
