I think this will work perfectly. It should be able to hold approximately 138 dice when completely full. I'll post some pics once I'm able to fill it up a bit more.
Plano 4700 for storing dice
I personally keep the dice for my two decks in the starter dice holders and my decks and extra cards in the Destiny boxes they gave out at the preview event.
Plano has always been a go-to, but I'd want something smaller and non transparent fur tournament play.
I plan on using the Rey deck box from the pre release for constructed decks and the corresponding dice. The Plano will be great for transporting my full collection though.

the dice in the mold you got with a starter but what about your cards? in a separate container maybe? I'm looking for a good point and foam is still the best option in my opinion it just takes a bit of time before this will be offered on kickstarter or whatever.
http://www.zenbins.com/products/zen-bins-destiny-coming-soon/ but that is for storage I need a good tournament sollution which hides the dice and holds counters and a deck or 2 etc. etc. where the dice can be easily removed. No fidgitting from the bottom.
From a tournament point of view, I've had some luck with a £4 "bits" organiser from B&Q (Equivalent of Home Depot in the UK)
Easily fits two sleeved decks, along with enough room for 30+ dice and all the tokens.
The cards go into binders for Villain / Hero / Neutral and split into Character / Support / Event sub-categories.
Just need to find some decent home storage for the dice.
Trying to find something that fits the dice one layer deep so I'm not digging through layers to find that one die I need.
I made a couple of foamcore dice trays for the prerelease box. I am pretty happy with them so far.

They sell these in the states at harbor freight for only $5. There is also one twice as wide which is stackable and has compatible trays, make for a pretty convienient system. They are the off-brand version of the Stanley which is popular for xwing, however the stanley does not have a "half-size" like this. For Xwing there are some custom 3d printed organization tray for tokens, I could something like that for this as well.

Yep - I use the full size ones for X-wing to hold the dials and pilots base tokens - brilliant little piece of equipment!
I have a plano pro-latch 3600 series (smaller) and it holds 28 dice and 2 sleeved decks very easily. It also has room for compartmentalized tokens! Its just not quite tall enough for 2 layers of dice.
I'll probably build something neat like a dice tray that folds out.
Photos were too big to upload here but I posted them on this link.

It fits every die from Awakenings with a little room to spare.
very soon there wil be zenbins on kickstarter. They did great jobs for dice masters and rebellion

Found these on eBay, got them yesterday and they are pretty good!
I'm thinking a slightly larger box (maybe a 300ct) would be perfect for the trays and a deck. Either that or cut off one row and still use the Rey box.
I am using 0.3L Really Useful boxes inside a 4L Really Useful Box. The sleeves you use for the cards have to be pretty form fitting (Ultra pro's work), but about 6 smaller boxes can fit inside the large box with no problems, allowing for 5 decks and an extras. (I only use 4 boxes for decks and another box for tokens, so that there is a little extra spaaace in the box.

I'm using two of these to store my decks: https://www.thediceshoponline.com/dice/11666/Ultra-Pro-Satin-Tower-Deck-Box-Green
I have my deck and dice in the main compartment and all my counters in the bottom. I'm using 12 dice on average and they fit comfortably in the top compartment without the risk of spilling out.
For the rest of my storage I have a card binder with a dice bag tied to the strap. That's a LITTLE precarious but it's worked for me so far.
Im using a plano 3700. 4 rows each holding 2 wide and 2 high and somewhere around 28-30 long. Didn't actually count but its currently holding 3 booster boxes and 2 starters worth of dice with almost enough room to do it again. 4 rows is convenient since we have 4 colors and with the smaller amount of grey dice i put one of the dividers in the final row and created a place for all the tokens. All for about 10 bucks!
Edited by DarthDaneI bought the 4700 on Amazon for about $9 and I really like it. It manages to hold all my dice(around 100ish) and it still has plenty of room to hold more still.
I don't see the the Plano 4700 on Amazon. Are there any other good places to buy it?

I got mine at Academy.
Is this the one?
Also wanted to confirm if you have the medium or large, as they seem to have two different versions.

Yes, and I believe it's the large one.
For all of my dice storage I am now using an iris 4x6 photo storage case. I also picked up some tape backed felt which I then cut to size and stuck to the inside of the photo cases.
Each photo case can also hold a deck and up to 18 dice to go along with it.

I'm using this same case... it's terrific. Need to pick up some of that felt though!
