I know the Kihraxz isn't great. I knew that when I bought five of them. But Vectored Thrusters and Mindlink make Talonbane a lot less awful. So for my very first X-wing custom paint job, I decided to make a ship appropriate for Talonbane Cobraaaaaaaa!

I like the Kihraxz too. I usually give Talonbane Fearlesness. Sometimes he lives, sometimes he doesn't, but he's always a pain in the neck.

Not really the plan but the Scyk ended up looking like a Crimson Guard to go along with Cobra Commander. Maybe I can pretend the Black Sun Kihraxz is Storm Shadow?

Loving it! The "theme" is great, intentional or not.

Besides Destro, looks like you're going to need a Zartan, Major Blood, Baroness, Tomax & Xamot and of course Serpentor.

Tomax Bren is Definitely going to get a pimped out bomber to ride in. At some point, I will need to cut a bomber apart and make a mirror imaged doppleganger.

These are great! Not as fancy as other repaints, but really crisp and clean lines, as well as cool colours.

That ship needs a Cobra(aaaaaaaaaa) logo!

Though i know thematically (cobra commander's helmet) makes sense i think the cockpit crystal needs another colour than silver... To highlight more.

I do eventually want to add the logo but need to practice a bit first. I think if I pick out the cockpit support beams in black it might make the silver cockpit look a bit better.

Or try the blue that you used on the rest of the ship.

Try some of the clear colors from Tamiya or Vallejo. Gives a nice tint.
