Not yet. But be certain that if they don't, someone will have modded them to within a couple of days after release...

Now wouldn't it be great if Pure Sabacc ability was "When attacking, if you roll 1 or more critical hits, roll an additional attack dice per critical."
That would be awesome, and fit his gambling nickname perfectly.
He would compete with Wampa, being the Emperors little favorite crit making pet pilot.
Would that introduce a new step in the flow chart or would you resolve the additional dice immediately or during the "Modify your attack dice" step? I guess that would go the way of Finn, right?
I would imagine it would be done immediately after the original set were rolled, before modifications so that way you cannot abuse it via Palpatine or you know, make Calculation or Marksmenship a via pick.

"this card" makes me think it's in reference to a "Gonk" or Rey like ability, i.e. storing token on "this card" - with a limitation of 3 used at once, maybe?

That translation looks like the rumour was pretty much exactly correct - it only works for agility 1 or 2 ships with TIE in their names (i.e. Bomber, Phantom, Punisher, Special Forces, Striker), and gives you an extra green dice if you're rolling less defense dice than attack dice.
Which - assuming it's free or at least pittance-cheap, goes a long way to making the TIE/sf good (because the agility 2 is the main complain levelled at it), and it continues to build a picture of the striker being a 'cut-price' version of the interceptor; it doesn't have boost and push the limit - it has adaptive ailerons (free, but with drawbacks). It doesn't have agility 3 but has lightweight frame (cheap, but with drawbacks). Etc, etc.
Lightweight frame is a mod. Yes! Instant add to Tomax and Quickdraw and I guess the Punisher. The Tie Striker looks like a brilliant release the two newly spoiled pilots look amazing and Swarm Leader is going to be horrendous with certain builds. Like, utterly horrendous. Huzzah.
