Rogue One, when and how often are you going?

By Dagonet, in X-Wing Off-Topic

At the moment, I'll be going twice, on the 16th and 18th, tickets are stuck to the fridge.

I wanted to go on the 15th but unfortunately my wife can't make it.

As much as I want to... I won't.

As a Full-Time Stay-at-home Father of a Toddler, getting a Babysitter at anytime for my Child is almost impossible, let alone in December over the Christmas Leadup, Execution and Period....

...

If its anything like Ep7, the first I'll see of it is on Canadian Netflix ~6 months after it closes in Theatres, as per Disney/Netflix Agreement.

0-1 times, probably 0 I just have no hype given the director.

I have my ticket for December 14, and will most likely watch it a few more times, considering that I've seen TFA three times and I'm not even a fan of that movie :P

I normaly watch a movie in cinema only once so i will eatch Rogue One only one time too.

We've a new cinema and I'll take a subscription to it so it'll basically end up costing me nothing (well, €20 per month, but that's two movies, so at that point you might as well go see the good stuff multiple times)

Waiting on Rian Johnson to save Star Wars next year.

Probably going, but after the whole rather bland storytelling from the last movie I am not going out of my way to avoid spoilers.

I'm just wondering if Disney could make a good movie without a DeathStar in it?

Midnight session with the buds .. and the following Saturday with my 11 yr old Nephew.

Speaking of the Nephew, gave his speech to be elected to School Captain yesterday .. concluded it with a "May the Force be with you!" I'd vote for him.

Ticket booked for 00:01am on the 15th.

As for how many times I'll go that depends on how much I enjoy it. It'll be at least three times since I'll be going again at a quiet time the weekend after release and then again when I take my Dad to see it some time before Christmas.

I went to see The Force Awakens eight times so who knows...it could be a lot.

It's like batman vs superman after man of steel no way was I going to watch that even though I like comic book movies I know Snyder can't deliver the goods.

I find your lack of faith... disturbing.

Then again, you and I differ wildly in our appreciation of TFA. :P

Once.

2-3 times. Then I'll buy it as soon as it's available.

Going opening day in the afternoon with my wife. Most likely going at least once more with my parents probably, I'd guess 3 times at most I'll see it in theaters.

Yeah well I found Godzilla exceptionally enraging I was promised Brian Cranston I barely got him, I was promised monster battles I got 1.

What I actually got was a family I didn't care about even a little constantly interrupting the stuff I did want to see.

Much like monsters before it was not the movie promised so I don't trust him to deliver a star wars movie I want to see.

Haven't seen Godzilla, not my type of movie usually. I did love Monsters though; an low budget, highly improvised sf movie ith an emphasis on acting instead of effects. To me, it did exactly what it said on the box. But YMMV.

Once. Then I'll be raging about it because no Kyle Katarn aka. Star Wars Chuck Norris. My only positive point of this movie is that there's no possible way it'll be as disgustingly terrible as Episode VII . . . Right?

Ahhhh, see how easy it is to fit right back in?

I know, it's like I'm right back at home.

Seeing it on the 15th with my siblings.

I've signed up for Odeon Limitless this month so I can see it as many times as I like!
