I have two questions....

1. If QD has 3 hull and 1 shield left and suffer 4 damage, Will QD get to shoot? will any crits QD suffered be in play?

2. Whisper with ACD shoots QD dealing at least one shield damage, If QD fires back, will Whisper be cloaked?

Coincidentally those could both happen at the same time!

As per the new timing chart, Quickdraw would get her revenge shot, and Whisper would be cloaked before Quickdraw makes her revenge shot.

what about any crits suffered by QD on the kill shot? like say blinded pilot.

They are in play for the revenge shot.
