Why not just recspec on Norra if you want to keep that focus to regen? Rey stash tends to run out at some point especially if your demand for focuses is as high at it is here, and you clearly aim for mid-late game with Biggs on board when Rey may be dry by that point and recspec gonna keep you double focused all the time.

Im not really seeing the regen Thane thing, but if you are going that way, I would change the places of the droids. Norra will ptl just about every turn anyway, so r2d2 is better for her. She also needs to spend her focus on offense or defense pretty much every turn so Rey stack will run out soon. Since she no longer needs Rey with r2d2, go for another crew (tail-gunner, Kyle or Kanan).
