Anyone tried double YV-666 with Latts and Bossk?

Bossk party bus, with Latts + weapons engineer to reduce agility by one, might be an interesting combo, has anyone tried it?

Could be more fun with a quadjumper as a third ship :)

The double YVs will do a boatlod of damage, if you can get what you're shooting in arc. The only issue is if someone gets behind you, even with 2 YVs it could be a problem. Maybe a Z-95 with Feedback Array, and a few extra upgrades on your other ships.

I've played Latts before with a similar build (except I had Bossk crew instead of weapons engineer, which obviously isn't an option here) and it was quite effective. In that build, Latts would get a target lock and another ship would use it to reduce agility for a shot. Then Latts would shoot, normally miss because she has no focus or TL, get a TL and focus from Bossk and then shoot again with gunner. Nasty if you can catch someone at range 2 for a double stress.

This build is similar except you may have to split fire because your target locks will be on different ships.

I've had to drop dampners to find the point for a 3rd ship. I guess 2 YVs are in a difficult spot points wise because you really have to load them up to make it a 2 ship build but you have to scrimp a little to fit that third ship in there.

Anoter gamer in my league had the idea of using 3 slavers. You arrange it so that during the first move, you have the outer 2 make hard 3s and bump. Then the middle one moves forward and bumps as was. Then the entire rest of the game, you move 1 forward and bump. This gives you a minimum of 2 shots on any one target.
