To those of you (like me) celebrating Thanksgiving, I hope you enjoy your holiday and thank someone (whoever's responsible) for the good things you have in your life. I'm hoping to enjoy some food and family time, and I'll also be thankful for a fun little game of plastic spaceships (among other lovely things).

For me the only BIG stuff I am still planning is finishing off my Huge Scale STAR TREK ships and my Gamilon Fleet.

I might even complete the many model builds I have had on my desk for X-WING EPIC... in 2017!

OK....I bought a new to me video card for my pc. I had a slightly older system next to my slightly newer system and now my son and I can play video games together. I got a GTX 750 2 GB for $75 on eBay.

This year I am thankful for green dice.

I am British but we still got a little taste of Thanksgiving as a lovely american friend invited us to her house to share. I got to try pumpkin pie with maple-whipped cream but now I have a question.

Why did no one tell me about it before? It tastes so goooood!

Maple whipped cream? Never heard of it. I have to admit that I am not really into pumpkin pie. I'm more of an apple pie man, myself. Vanilla ice cream is optional. I like it with and without. Cherry pie is a close second. Pecan pie is also great.

I lived with an American for about 5 years or so, so I've experienced a number of these bizarro roast dinners.
