Hi all,

I have a tournament coming up this weekend and I am planning to take a couple of a-wings with snap shot. I've done a fair amount of practice with the following build

Green Squadron Pilot (19)
Juke (2)
Chardaan Refit (-2)
Snap Shot (2)
Autothrusters (2)
A-Wing Test Pilot (0)

I've been finding that with the need to get into range 1 to get snapshot off that I've rarely made much use of my autothrusters. The rest of my list consistest of Kanan Jarrus farming focus tokens to hopefully cut down the number of shots incoming. I also have a 2 point initiative bid so far (which equates to 1 point of flexibility on each a-wing). Is this build as good as its going to get or is there some marginal improvement to be made?

If you're rarely using Autothrusters, you could always swap them out to Stealth Device. You lose your bid but the A-Wings would then have 4 evade device & an evade token.

Lots of options!

Stealth Device -

- extra evade dice

- green dice are very unreliable

Hull upgrade -

- extra hit point to help with damage that bypasses shields (Wampa is a jerk)

- more reliable than stealth device

Vectored Thrusters

- No better way to survive then not get shot in the first place

- no PTL means no focus or evade action if you roll

- Auto Thursters

- because Jumpmasters and Falcons are a real threat, but less so if your not in arc

I've not flown this but I want to so bad. Just can't justify the expense to actually create this list
