The plan would be to have Jess and the two Z's fly in formation, with the other two T-70's as either flankers or support.

3 T-70's hit hard, and the Z's can be used as effective blockers if need be.

Looks interesting. But why Jess Pava when you offer other targets. I as your enemy would shoot on everything else except Jess. She should have something to buff other ships (such as M9 droid), otherwise she will be last man standing and her pilot skill will not work.

So save the point and drop her or make her worth to shoot at to trigger her ability

If what you say is true about an opponent shooting everything except Jess, then don't do anything to change that. An attack she doesn't have to roll green dice against is better than an attack she gets to re-roll green dice against.

As an opponenet, I would make Jess Pava a priority target. Her offense is more threatening than anything else in the list. She might be harder to kill than the generics, but two green dice (even re-rolled) don't hold up to focus fire forever.

The idea is that the a-wings are really hard to kill and juke means that they can deal that bit of extra damage while also giving Jess her re-rolls. All being pretty hard to kill

I haven't flown Jess Pava yet but that list looks fun! I really like flying 5 Ship Rebel Lists and the T-70's and Z-95's look great together on the table. :)

I tried a list with 3 T-70's Blues and 2 Z-95's before Pava came along. I'll have to bust em back out and try this.

BlodVargana's idea of flying Biggs and another T-65 would be fun too. But you do lose the matching color scheme...

Have you thought of replacing one Novice with R7 Tarn? A little less maneuverability and one less shield, but his ability will normally more than make up for that. Then there are 2 ships that they really don't want to shoot at, and Tarn is still decent in the endgame 1v1 if he lasts that long.

Even though I've been flying a TIE swarm lately, the rebel swarm is still my favorite.

And Jess is a pilot I've started looking at.

Along with the other ideas, you could also go for a little more offense.
