I'd initially made this for a Mutant player of mine, who felt like there weren't enough options in the Mutations table, and over time it's increased in size.

Looks pretty good to me. I know my go-to for more mutations is the Tome of Corruption for WFRP 2E. The d1000 table is brimming with interesting mutations but unfortunately it's completely and utterly unbalanced. Still good for reference material though.
Interesting, yet You might want to look into this one and incorporate some parts of it into yours for more diversity
Hi guys! I've finally completed the expanded mutation table I've been working on for my players.
I've adapted the mutations and gifts of the gods from the Tome of Corruption, picked up some illustrations from the internet and stick all together in a PDF file.
