I came up with this imperial list and really interested in running it, just want some feedback on it.

Fel's Wrath is terrible. You'd be better off with two more academy pilots. Or one more academy, and Wampa. Or maybe a utility shuttle. Or a 28 point bid.

Is Omega Leader with Juke, Comm Relay, and Stealth Device a better option or another Tie interceptor?

If you don't mind mixing 'eras', then Omega Leader is, for his points, one of the best ships going.

In a multi-ship furball, he's only a TIE fighter with a shield and a decent pilot skill, but one-on-one, he's capable of taking on and killing pretty much any ace you care to name.

I ran a very similar list at a 50+ person tournament back in the Summer months. It was a decked out Fel with 4 Black Crack Ties (with some other modifications to fill a couple points) - or was Howlrunner in there? I digress.

The problem with the list (from a competitive view) is two-fold:

1) Fel is a giant target, as he tends to be in any list, but,

2) the mini-swarm does not have the fire-power or maneuverability to distract your enemy from focus-firing Fel.

That being said, it's a really cool, thematic list (the reason I took it) and will do just fine in casual matches. What type of matches are you considering it for?

This build is for casual play, I would like to run another tie interceptor along with Soontir Fel

Then literally anyone but "Fel's Wrath."

Lt. Lorrir isn't much better, but he is. You could use him as a flanker. Or a RGP with whatever upgrades you can afford. Or maybe an Alpha Squadron as a blocker and 3X BlackCracks instead of the Academies. Could give your list more punch.

But even for casual play (and i only play very casual games) an interceptor needs PTL.

Veteran instincts/PTL Turr Phenir will do a better job. (you have to save 2 points)

And if you want to play an underdog TIE/in, i want to play Kir Kanos so badly (i didn't understand his skill before)

And it is a Red interceptor, which EVERYBODY knows... are faster.
