Working on a casual list and I need some help picking objectives. Any suggestions?

[Flagship] Interdictor Suppression - Screed - Grav Shift Reroute - G7

Interdictor Suppression - Interdictor - G8 - G7

Glad 1 - Demo - APT - Engine Techs

Bomber x2

Firespray

You won't get squadron superiority quickly against a decent fighter force so you will need some Intel to keep the bombers moving.

I would drop the flagship for a cheap VSD-I with boosted comms or expanded Hangar and then think about Flight commander and possibly flight controllers.

As for objectives, Dangerous territory is nice and safe for a blue objective especially if you keep the Grav shift. superior positions is also good but may backfire against a superior bomber fleet. As for red objectives I think the new station assault could be fun.

You may the only person to ever buy more than 1 Interdictor.

I bought 2. Partly because I just need to have at least 2 of everything. I don't recommend it, however. I'm not even sure I recommend one :-/

That being said, I love the name of this thread.

The campaign may be the only reason to own two of these, although I'm going to try a double set up with double target scramblers and projection experts, just to see how much they can have thrown at them before breaking.

I thought about this, but in order to get the PE you can't take ET, which is going to make it difficult to get them in close range of anything that doesn't want you there. It'll be somewhat effective against some black dice fleets, but beyond that, I just can't see it being worth investing most of your fleet in.

It does sounds fun to fly, though. :)

I understand where you are coming from on the squadron superiority and flagship suggestions and they are things I agree with for tournament play at a level above and beyond the Store Championship level. However, as intended, this is borderline Store Champs at best and I make no claims otherwise; I like to take a break from tournament lists and run oddball lists like this on occasion.

I read through Station assault and that looks really fun, especially when deploying the stations so player 1 has to start at speed 0 or run an obstacle course for two or three turns to get there. Would Salvage Run be worth looking at? GSR the obstacles to send the station your way and then put out the objective tokens, or am I understanding that wrong? Otherwise I'll go with Dangerous Territory.

Sad thing is, I'm considering a third to add [suppression - G7 - Phylon Tractor] for campaign play to be "that guy".

At the moment I can't see a good Red mission for your fleet so suggested Station assault as a more intense version of contested outpost. in the pre Corellian Conflict game Precision strike is probably your least bad option or possibly Most wanted but with no cheap flotilla or raider it is rather neutral.

Salvage run would be a great blue mission especially if you keep the grav shift (You know, the Grav shift on that ship I told you to drop in post #2. oops)
