First of all sorry my bad english.

The cuestión is about Davith elso fellow swoop in skirmish.... Can he move 2 squares without penalties with fellow swoop? I think he can becouse the card doesnt say earn 2 movements point and becouse that movements would fit with his skill of making damage when he move on a character...

What do you think?

Move 2 spaces is using move 2 spaces. (See Move X Spaces from the Move chapter of the RRG.)

You only pay extra costs only when spending movement points to move the figure.
