You'll need to buy TTS but the destiny module is free. It goes on sale occasionally for $10 last time it was on sale someone of the /r/swdestiny reddit posted. Maybe you'll get lucky with US Thanksgiving holiday and there'll be a Steam sale.

I got TTS on sale at HumbleBundle the other day for $10. Not sure if the sale is still on or not.
