I've got a reasonable amount of use out of it, particularly on Torkil and Palob where it pairs nicely with the range of their abilities.
I've always liked TLT with the range of their abilities. Range 2 is the sweet spot where the ability kicks in and you can still attack and in either of the other range bands you'll get one or the other. If your opponent can stay at range 3 then Palob and Mux aren't doing anything if they brought one of the other turrets.
