Hi i'm a newbie

A. My question is if your adjacent to an opponent figure, can you make a range combat attack against the opponent?

B. What does it mean to bleed?

A. yes, you can make ranged attacks at any enemy figure at any range as long as you have line of sight to them.

Ranged Attack, page 21 of the Rules Reference Guide

• While performing a ranged attack that targets an adjacent figure, the attacker requires at least 1 Accuracy result or the attack misses.

B. After a figure takes an action during its activation, it it has the Bleed condition, it suffers 1 strain. You can spend an action to remove the Bleed condition (you won't suffer a strain after doing this).
