If i buy a new Scyk today , are there the correct values and text on the cards ?

No.

The errata won't be applied until the Scyk next gets reprinted, and even once that's happened they don't recall the existing stock.

But it's literally a single line on a single card, and anyone you play in a tournament will know how the title's erratum works.

Squadron Builder will change the value if you equip the modification. You will see the value on the printout or on your app if you need it.
