So I have been thinking about using some VP Shenanigans, there are a few ways to do it now, this is how I wanna use it.

So, Smugglers run and On a diplomatic mission together for some extra VPs.

I know that smugglers run on a regular smuggler has low chance of succeding but with the rest of the squad being rather hard so hoping that could be a distraction for him, also using him late in the game. when the boards has been thinned.

Also, the smuggler could be a distraction himself to the rest of the squad, because of 5 potenial VPs the enemy might se him as abigger threat and might make mistakes in order to get to him?

I am thinking that 5 for the smuggler plus what ever you can get from Gideon, 4-5? That is a potenial of 10-9 VPs.

What say you, could it work?

Interesting. Could funny to change one of the trooper groups for the Alliance Rangers when they come out, and add Price On Their Head and Celebration to the command deck. I've long been trying to make it work for Scum, but with both Diplo and Smugglers Run being rebel, makes it harder.

Yes, I do wanna try a full VP shenanigans list when the rangers come out, this more of a hybrid tournament list I wanna use with some VP shenanigans added.

I've used it on the elite alliance smuggler and Han Solo with success (don't think I've ever not made it), I've wanted to try it on Lando.

reg smuggler will have trouble staying alive in my opinion. eSmuggler has movement of 5, which is awesome.

I fail to see how this is Shenanigans, as I'd see it as a legitimate strategy. The good thing about DiploMIssion is that it is flexible, if Gideon is dead, what's the point, but the fact that he can use it to move out of LOS is key. And I'd add some command cards to boost your score as well, because it will be harder to score points otherwise.
