ok. donut is old news, but i'm new to the game so its been super fun for me. i've been playing around with second/third ship combinations and i've really come to like a 3 action jake build.

on go turn i get to boost/barrel roll, push the limit for rage and then boost/barrel roll again ending with a focus and 3 stress tokens. throwing proton rockets at 5 dice re-roll 3. i've done some serious damage. he's highly mobile and i was able to kite around terrain really well to get into position for the big turn.


some obvious problems i see:

i'm playing @ 95 pts. while not inherently bad that's 1-2 upgrades or more depending on loadout changes.

Jake is a liability as a huge all in threat which means if he gets tagged before i can use him he's hosed.

my PS is 7 on both. also while not terrible is going to cause Jake to be careful lest he end up in a compromising position.

2 ship squad seems a liability to me, especially with tie spam a thing.


I've been playing for about 2 weeks now so i'm not in the tournament scene in my area. If you've got any suggestions for wingmen or squad adjustments i'd love to hear them.
