What's the best crew option for Norra?

Some feedback please.

I'm looking for the best crew option on Norra Wexley ARC-170.

This is my standard build:

PTL

R2-D2

Title

Vectored Thrusters/Egine upgrade depending on points.

Options are:

Nien Numb- opens up green manuvoures, more options to remove stress.

Kyle Katarn- remove stress, get a Focus. Green moves are predictable, but free action.

Tail Gunner- reduce defenders agility by 1.

Recon Specialist- 2x focus tokens, one can be used for Norra's ability other for defence.

Is there any other options?

I do like Kyle for the free action, but also like Nien give the extra green.

Tail Gunner lets you actually exploit her rear arc to the full - this can be a big deal, because you've paid for it even when it's a 2-die attack, so making it easier to hit TIEs can be an important step. That's probably my first glance.

Kyle isn't a bad pick either, though - among other things, it gives you an action-free Focus token, which can be a big deal if you end up over-stressed, bumping a lot, or needing to both TL and barrel roll in the same turn - definitely a better pick in this circumstance than Recon Specialist, either way.

Tail Gunner. The ARC-170's rear arc is basically a potato without something to give it some oomph. Nien might be ok so you can run away, but it also kind of limits you to your forward arc to actually push damage through. But if you're not using the rear arc, why even bother with the ARC.

I'm hot for Rey! It makes it so you don't need PTL. Which frees up your EPT for VI. PS 9 baby! And Cheaper!

Slow roll the first few turns to stack some focuses. Then start target locking and dumping 4 to 5 dice into those dirty Imps!

This is probably the order that I like crew on Norra so far based on what I've used and what I've played against:

1. Tail Gunner

2. Kyle

3. Ezra

4. C-3P0

With the rest of your buildout, Probably Kyle, or possibly 3PO. Recon spec MIGHT be worth it if you switch over to R5P9. I've been using BB8 on her, so I've been running with Nien Nunb.

Tail gunner is what sets her apart from other ships. Otherwise you might as well take Poe fir the same price. I mean the 2 dice attack is way less devastating without Tail gunner why take Norra if rear arc is basically not doing anything.

C3-PO would come in second for me. Between regen, her Ability and Threepio you can mitigate 3 damage every turn. That's great really.

seriously, you're not spending well over 30 points for a 2 dice primary even if it's sometimes effectively 3 due to her ability

I hate it, because I hate essentially auto includes, but if your goal is to deal damage tail gunner all day long.

That -1 agility is so huge on enemies that have great defensive mods. Dengar, imp aces, even many rebels like Poe or 3p0 builds.

if only it just had a 3 die primary :( (and overhaul's free focus mod out the butt, ofc)

It depends on the list. In the stable 3 ship builds with biggs or without, you put tail-gunner on her.
I think kyle has great merit though since you almost always clear stress, it makes it possible to focus+ TL+ BR every round.

I've played Norra as a comrade to super dash, and in that build I put C3PO on her.. The enemy simply do NOT want to chase her when dash is alive, so you have to throw your ugly gun in their faces, get their attention, then regen + mitigrate damage while dash laughs in the background. In that situation tail gunner has less value.
