New to Imperial Assault, was playing with Explosive Armaments and during the course of the game a question came up as far as the ability that goes with it.

One reading was

For two surge, you get either +1 damage or Blast 2.

Another reading was

For two surge, you get +1 damage and Blast 2.

Thoughts?

For two surges you trigger +1 damage and Blast 2dmg.

(There needs to be "or" to offer or require a choice. A comma just separates different abilities in a list.)
