Is anyone else planning on going to PAX East in March? I was hoping that with its siren song of general nerdery some AGoT players would be making the trek to Boston.

Someone shoudl contact bloodycelt. He is the face of the Bosotn meta at the moment - and if he could rally the forces in the north - it would be a good thing, and might draw a few more of us up there.

I've already bough a pass to PAX. So I will be there and I'll bring my decks.

I know ethan (wolfstalwart) is going but I recon he'll be playing magic.Not sure about Jon.

NoMass will most likely show up since it is PAX... I'll contact them about anything agot related. They've been heavily playing board games as of late.

I might be able to convince them if we played "Standard" since almost none of them have cards past ACoA.

I am planning on bringing a gargantuan deck for the Civil War variant. It will probably be classic btw. I'm not sure how to handle doomed cards

Since it really is never going to be sanctioned and I'm building the deck: You can't doom everyone out (the tecnical rule since everyone shares a dead pile.)

Excellent. I'll be bringing at least two people who know how to play. I'm glad I asked.

I am thinking about the trip as well - just to see Drowned God, Asha, wolf Stalwart and the rest - and to encourage them to re connect with Thrones. The card pool may be big enough now to tempt them back - and DG at the least should be pleased with the state of the Ironborn.

I will be there (my yearly trip into Boston) and will bring my AGOT cards for sure. I'll try to drag along some fellow AGOT players as well.

Alright, provided I dont forget I'll post the civil war deck in a few weeks (when I get the time to build it).

I'll of course bring my LCG deck and Highlander deck as well.

PAX is on the same T line I live on and only 30 min ride so should be sweet not having to get a hotel.

All right, lads, we're two weeks+ out.

Should we schedule a big meetup? What days work best for everyone? Looking at the tournament schedule (javascript:void(0);/*1268153343901*/) Sunday would work best for me. But I'm just throwin' that out thereAGoT is one of my top gaming priorities that weekend, so I'll come meet just about anybody.

Also, I'll be bringing the AGoT board game plus the Clash of Kings expansion. Anyone interested?

3 other Long Island players and myself will be going up to PAX East for all 3 days. We haven't decided our schedule of events yet, but I'll definitely bring up that other Thrones players will be there when we sort things out. By this weekend we should know what we'll be doing. Once we do know, I'll make a post here.

I personally would love to try the Board Game as I've never played it.

So my friends and I looked at the schedule of events and needless to say, it's pretty awesome. So awesome that our schedules are fully booked for Friday and Saturday. Sunday morning is booked and so is the later afternoon. From 12:00ish to 3:00ish on Sunday we MIGHT have some free time to play, but I'd say don't count on it

I'm bringing my Thrones cards and I'm sure the others will too, but as much as we love Thrones, we really want to get the full PAX experience. If someone can get an official tourney going at PAX next year, we'd definitely play. I know that many other people who aren't going to PAX East this year would travel to play in it as well.
