a few Rule Questions, but can't find anything about that.

1) If i use the "Dodge" Card from the Guardian Deck and the Attack from the Enemy is cancelled, is this Enemy exhausted or still Ready?

2) Can i attack an exhausted Enemy?

I'm not sure about 1, but you can definitely fight an exhausted enemy.

I don't have the card in front of me but I think Dodge simply cancels an enemy attack, it doesn't exhaust the enemy.

That depends on intepretation. If you strictly intepret it as the attack was cancelled therefore the enemy would not exhaust then it would just attack again since it did not make an attack this turn. If you intepret it as yes it made an attack but only the effect was cancelled then since it had attacked then it would exhaust.

Yes, I interpret this as "the effect of the attack is cancelled" and so using Dodge in the enemy phase would mean the enemy exhausts after Dodge is played. However Dodge itself does not exhaust the enemy, e.g. I believe you can use Dodge on an attack caused by Retaliation and the enemy would not be exhausted after this attack.

Quick question:

RRG says: "Upon completion of dealing the attack (and all abilities triggered by the attack), exhaust the enemy."

If I Dodge an attack during the enemy phase, does the enemy still exhaust from attacking me?

If you cancel an attack (for example, using the Dodge card), it ends the attack with no further consequences. But the attack is still considered to have initiated, and the enemy still exhausts.
