Got a question about two different plot cards, Mad King's Legacy and Condemned by the Realm, both from Core set.

Condemned says that an opponent must kill a character that he does not control. Would that not mean one of my characters if it was only a 2 player game ?

Legacy says discard an attachment from play, I assume this can be any attachment, including one controlled by an opponent ?

1) in a 2 player game his only choices would consist of any characters you had out. not a good plot for joust.
